Florence_1

Piazza del Duomo is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, Italy. It is one of the most visited places in Europe. Also known as the Cathedral Square, it also has the Giotto's Campanile, where church bells rings every hour. The square also has many cafe and outdoor restaurant where you can sit and enjoy the architectural details and the magnificent view of the cathedral.

Gelato

Besides the tourist destination, Florence is also famous for its gelato. In almost every corner of the intersection, there will be shops selling gelato. Gelato comes in many flavors, including my favorite, chocolate and strawberry. In the summer time, gelato is very popular and it is a good way to cool off from the Tuscany summer heat.

Ponte Vecchio

The best place to view the sunset over the Arno River in Florence is no other than Ponte Vecchio. It is a bridge that is 700 years old. Before sunset, musicians gather at the bridge to serenade love songs while couples await for the sun to set.
